A woman allegedly threw gasoline on police officers and briefly ignited a fire at a retired police station in the Bronx early Friday morning. According to authorities, she used a Coca-Cola bottle filled with gasoline before setting it on fire, causing a small blaze that quickly extinguished itself.

Witnesses reported that Samantha Calderon, 32, was seen by two officers pouring gasoline on the abandoned stationhouse on Alexander Avenue around 2:30 a.m. She then lit the substance, which caused a brief flame. When officers approached her, Calderon reportedly became aggressive, throwing gasoline from the bottle onto the officers and hitting them in the face.
