Goldbridge’s YouTube Channel Wins Rights to Show Top-Flight Matches in Landmark Deal with Gary Neville

Man United YouTuber Mark Goldbridge Secures Rights to Broadcast Bundesliga Matches

Popular Manchester United-focused YouTuber Mark Goldbridge has been granted the rights to broadcast select Bundesliga matches during the 2025-26 season. Goldbridge, whose real name is Brent Di Cesare, has gained notoriety through his social media coverage of Manchester United, particularly with his viral watch-along videos on ‘The United Stand’.

His channel’s popularity has led to further broadcasting opportunities, including a partnership with ‘That’s Football’, a channel which features watch-alongs for various clubs and reactions to major football stories. Both channels will share live Bundesliga matches across the season, primarily in watch-along formats.

‘That’s Football’ will air 20 Friday night Bundesliga games and produce 34 weekly shows in 2025/26, making it the first creator channel with official league rights. This partnership positions Goldbridge’s platform alongside traditional broadcasters such as Sky, BBC, and Amazon, who also hold rights to different Bundesliga fixtures.

The league and the channels will broadcast matches differently, with the BBC providing free-to-air coverage of Friday matches, and Amazon holding rights to Sunday fixtures. Sky Sports continues to broadcast Saturday matches, including high-profile games like Bayern Munich versus Borussia Dortmund.

Goldbridge’s involvement marks a historic milestone, being the first content creator to secure European top-flight league broadcast rights. His financial success is evident, with reports revealing his five companies had over £4 million in the bank at the end of 2023, a substantial increase from the previous year.
