Top European Clubs Express Interest in Manchester United’s Rasmus Hojlund After Squad Omission

AC Milan has officially shown interest in Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund. The 22-year-old was left out of United’s squad for their season opener against Arsenal, which they lost.

Hojlund’s reduced game time this season is believed to be due to new manager Ruben Amorim’s plans after signing Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig. The Danish forward did not play in any of United’s final pre-season matches and has faced limited opportunities since the season began.

AC Milan’s sporting director, Igli Tare, confirmed their interest, stating, “Hojlund is a good option for us. We are considering him, but in the transfer market, anything can happen.”

The situation has sparked speculation, with reports that Milan has offered a loan fee of £4.5 million with an option to buy for £39 million. Fulham is also showing interest, especially as Rodrigo Muniz attracts bids from Atalanta.
