Moyes Promises to Find Source Behind Jarrad Branthwaite Injury Leak
David Moyes Vows to Expose Leaker of Jarrad Branthwaite’s Injury News
Everton has initiated an internal probe to identify the individual responsible for leaking sensitive information about Jarrad Branthwaite’s injury.
The young defender, who is viewed by manager David Moyes as a future England international, sustained a hamstring injury this week and will miss Monday’s Premier League match against Leeds United.
While Moyes did not specify the duration of Branthwaite’s absence, it’s believed he might be sidelined until late September due to a recurrence of a previous hamstring injury sustained in last season’s final game.
Moyes expressed frustration over the leak, emphasizing the importance of discovering the source within the club. He assured that action will be taken against the individual responsible.
“Jarrad was injured during training, and unfortunately, he will be unavailable for the next game,” Moyes explained. “However, I won’t specify how long he’ll be out. This leak is unacceptable, and we are determined to find out who shared this information.”
Jarrad Branthwaite’s injury will prevent him from playing against Leeds United on Monday.
The injury information was leaked to the media before the club officially announced it.
Manager David Moyes has promised to identify and act against the club insider responsible for the leak.
Moyes also praised the recent addition of Jack Grealish, who joined Everton on a season-long loan from Manchester City. The manager remarked that Grealish appeared in excellent condition and hinted that he might debut against Leeds.
