A 5-year-old boy from Texas has touched many hearts with a joyful display of affection for his pet goat after a recent competition. The young boy, Milo Garza, was filmed happily embracing his goat, Teddy Bear, following his fourth-place finish at a local animal show.

The adorable video, which has gone viral with over six million views on Instagram, captures Milo proudly showing off his yellow ribbon before excitedly hugging and kissing Teddy Bear. The event took place during the Compardres Cabritos goat and lamb show in Kingsville on June 22.

Milo, who comes from a family of goat ranchers, took part in the junior category at the last minute, filling in for his older brother. His affection for the animals is clear—he loves to feed, walk, and water his goats, calling them cherished pets.

He shared his feelings about Teddy Bear, saying, “I love goats,” and noted the things he enjoys most about his furry friend, including his “plump little legs.”

His mother, Elizabeth, described the moment as a display of raw emotion and said Milo’s love for his goats is genuine: “He’s constantly kissing, loving, and hugging them. To him, they’re more than farm animals—they’re family.” The affectionate scene of Milo celebrating his win has resonated widely, highlighting his deep bond with Teddy Bear.
