Vicki Gunvalson has revealed that she and Brandi Glanville, both cast members from Bravo’s television shows, contracted a mysterious parasite during their trip to Morocco in January 2023. Gunvalson shared on a SiriusXM show that Brandi is suffering from a large, active parasite that moves into her mouth, causing her significant pain.

She confirmed that she believes the parasite was picked up in Morocco, stating, “100 percent.” Gunvalson explained that everyone on the trip fell ill, with her own health deteriorating after returning. She described her symptoms as a bloated stomach, fatigue, and sluggishness, which prompted her to undergo colonics three times a week to address her condition, following treatments with laxatives and fiber supplements.

Gunvalson further disclosed that she is taking Ivermectin twice a month to kill the parasites and shared that her digestion is severely affected—she struggles to have bowel movements, often only passing small pellets. Her ongoing health issues have led her to seek extensive treatment, with costs reaching into six figures.

Glanville, meanwhile, has also been vocal about her health struggles, notably a facial parasite that has disfigured parts of her face. She recently disclosed she has spent over six figures on medical treatments. Her condition worsened earlier this month, requiring an emergency hospital visit when she was unable to move her head and neck for several hours.

Both women suspect the parasite originated during their Moroccan trip. Despite their health concerns and costly treatments, they continue to seek solutions. A representative for Bravo has not yet commented on the situation.
