Rudy Reyes Praised as a Family Man Before Denise Richards Affair Exposed
Details Emerge in Celebrity Relationship and Divorce Battles
Months prior to allegations surfacing about an affair with Denise Richards, Rudy Reyes expressed pride in being a dedicated family man. The former Marine met Richards while filming the reality show Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test and discussed his experience working on the series in a recent interview.
Reyes reflected on the nature of the celebrity contestants, many of whom are rediscovering themselves after previously achieving fame. During the interview, he highlighted his roles as a father and partner, mentioning the challenges of social media temptation and maintaining boundaries within relationships.
At the time of filming, Reyes was reportedly engaged to Jade Struck, a firearms instructor, with whom he was believed to have become engaged in 2020. Reyes has two children from previous relationships, daughter Bella and son Dylan.
In the interview, Reyes also opened up about navigating social media scrutiny, joking about his partner managing his online presence amidst ongoing temptations.
Allegations and Legal Disputes
Riches’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, alleged he found explicit messages between Richards and Reyes on her phone and claimed she begged him not to leave. Phypers filed for divorce earlier in July after six years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
Following Richards’ request for a temporary restraining order citing physical abuse and allegations of domestic violence, Phypers responded by denying these claims and releasing evidence suggesting the bruising was caused by an accidental fall in 2022.
He also accused Richards of physically abusing him on July 4, the date listed for their separation, and alleged prescription drug addiction and infidelity. Richards’ lawyer responded by accusing Phypers of harassment, including stealing and sharing private information from her devices.
