On her Instagram Stories, Kelly expressed her sadness with a heartfelt message: “I feel so unhappy I am so sad,” accompanied by a broken heart emoji. She also quoted lyrics from Black Sabbath’s song “Changes,” which she and Ozzy recorded together in 2003: “I lost the best friend I ever had.”

Ozzy Osbourne, who passed away at age 76, died surrounded by his family. A family representative confirmed his death, asking for privacy during this difficult time. Kelly had recently become engaged to Sid Wilson at her father’s farewell concert, and she publicly lauded Ozzy’s final performance as his “moment in the sun,” expressing gratitude for his last words to fans.

Following his death, Kelly addressed false reports circulating online about her father’s health, particularly AI-generated videos falsely claiming he was nearing death. She expressed her outrage on social media, questioning why such videos were shared and emphasizing that her father, who had Parkinson’s disease and spinal injuries, was not dying.

Kelly also denounced rumors of a supposed suicide pact between her parents, clarifying that such claims were false. Her mother, Sharon, previously discussed their plans for physician-assisted suicide in Switzerland, but Kelly emphasized that her father was not in that condition. “Stop making articles or posts about how you think my parents are having a suicide pact,” she said sternly.
