Jennifer Lopez has clarified misconceptions about her beauty brand, JLo Beauty, which launched in 2021. She responded to critics who questioned whether she genuinely uses her own products.

In a video posted on the brand’s Instagram, Lopez admitted she has been listening to customer feedback. When asked if she uses the products daily or only for appearances, she chuckled and replied, “That’s funny because I’m standing in my actual bathroom right now. Yes, I use it every day.”

Lopez also addressed comments about the feel of her moisturizer, which some say “feels like silk.” She explained, “We want it to be like cashmere for your face, but also clinically tested.”

She acknowledged that some products are considered pricey, saying, “I get it. Your skin is something you need to show up for every day. If you’re going to splurge, I recommend investing in skincare.”
