Rachel Zoe Files for Divorce from Husband After 27 Years

Fashion stylist and designer Rachel Zoe has officially filed for divorce from her husband, Rodger Berman, nearly a year after publicly announcing their separation. Zoe submitted her divorce petition in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences and listing June 27, 2024, as the date of separation.

In the court documents, Zoe requested joint legal and physical custody of their two children, Skyler, 14, and Kasius, 10. She also declined spousal support and asked that Berman be prevented from seeking any support from her. Berman serves as co-CEO of Rachel Zoe, Inc.

The breakup was first made public in September 2024 through a joint statement in which Zoe affirmed their mutual decision to part ways after 26 years of marriage. She expressed pride in their family and emphasized that their children remain their top priority.

The couple, who met in 1991 at George Washington University and married in 1998, shared a long history both personally and professionally. Zoe has recently joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and it remains uncertain if their split will be addressed on the show, currently in production for its 15th season.
