Lopez began by acknowledging she’s been reading fans’ feedback, then responded with humor to a question about daily use: “That’s funny, because I’m standing in my actual bathroom right now. No, I use it every day.”
She also addressed mixed reviews, including a comment that praised her moisturizer for feeling “like silk.” Lopez responded, “We want it to be like cashmere for your face, but also clinically tested.”
Another fan suggested the line was too expensive. Lopez replied, “Your skin is something you need to care for every day. So if you want to splurge, skincare is the way to go.”
