Lucia Hawley, the niece of actress Nicole Kidman, is currently searching for employment after undertaking a bold move from Australia to London. She openly shared her experience via a personal blog, expressing her plea for someone to employ her.

At 26 years old, Lucia described her decision as “risky” and admitted it was a move that made her nervous, primarily because she considers herself cautious by nature. She wrote, “On paper, this is a totally stupid decision, and honestly, it frightens me.” She added that her body resists the idea of moving abroad without secured work.

Lucia recounted a challenging recent period in her career, characterized by uncertainty and multiple rejections, which significantly impacted her confidence. She felt that her prospects in Sydney were diminishing, leading her to believe that a fresh start in London might be the right step. “There [was] just simply not much left for me in Sydney,” she admitted, and described saying farewell to her family, especially her little brothers, through tears as particularly hard.
