Actress and “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alumna Denise Richards was seen enjoying lunch with her daughters in Malibu without wearing her wedding ring. This sighting comes shortly after her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

Denise, 54, appeared relaxed and dressed casually in a tank top, cargo jeans, a sun hat, sunglasses, and sneakers, accessorized with bright white nails and her diamond ring notably missing on her finger. She was photographed along with her daughters, Sami Sheen, 21, sporting a white tank top and jeans, and Eloise, 13, in overalls and a T-shirt. The family enjoyed outdoor dining, with Denise capturing a moment of Sami holding their dog.

Following the meal, Denise held her youngest daughter’s hand as they headed to their vehicle. The outing marked her first public appearance since Aaron accused her earlier this month in a letter of having a Vicodin addiction and infidelity. He also requested spousal support and listed July 4 as their separation date.

In court documents obtained by the media, Denise reported being physically and verbally abused during their relationship, including incidents of choking, slapping, and head banging. Phypers denied the allegations, asserting he has never engaged in abuse. He also accused Denise of substance abuse and cheating, claiming she struggled with Vicodin, Adderall, and alcohol for over 20 years.

Denise has not yet responded publicly to these accusations. Meanwhile, she obtained a temporary restraining order against Aaron after alleging physical violence and threats, including claims of her being choked and assaulted. Despite these serious allegations, she continues to move forward with her life publicly, focusing on her family.
