Scott Wolf Drops Restraining Order Against Estranged Wife Kelley
Scott Wolf Drops Restraining Order and Gains Custody of Children
Actor Scott Wolf has canceled his restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, and has been awarded temporary sole custody of their three children. The decision comes four days after the couple reached a new temporary agreement covering custody, finances, and communication arrangements.
Under the terms of the agreement, Kelley will have “liberal” supervised visitation rights, including three monitored video or phone calls per week, with the opportunity to respond if the children initiate contact. Neither parent is permitted to discuss their divorce or the children’s relationship with third parties or on social media.
Both Scott, 57, and Kelley, 48, are barred from publicly posting about their divorce or each other. Kelley previously claimed she was subjected to police brutality after being placed on an involuntary hold and hospitalized, posting images of her bruised arm and describing her injuries.
The couple has also agreed that they will not speak about the divorce or their children on social media. Kelley recently shared allegations about police brutality and her detention, which are now addressed by a new court order restricting her from further public claims.
A spokesperson for the local sheriff’s office clarified that no police brutality incidents involving Kelley occurred, denying reports of law enforcement confrontations. Kelley had also claimed she was detained and hospitalized last month, which the authorities have not corroborated.
Background
Scott Wolf had previously obtained a temporary restraining order against Kelley, citing concerns for their children’s safety. However, sources close to Kelley argue that the restraining order was unnecessary and unjust, describing it as “cruel” and “incorrect.”
