Denise Richards’ Estranged Husband Alleges Infidelity and Abuse

Actor Aaron Phypers has accused Denise Richards of cheating during their marriage and claims to have evidence supporting his allegations. He revealed that he discovered messages between Richards and a man believed to be her lover earlier this year, indicating plans to meet at a hotel, with Richards suggesting she would secretly sneak him into her room.

Despite confronting Richards about the affair, the couple initially chose to stay together. However, a heated argument over the Fourth of July weekend ultimately led to their separation. Phypers filed for divorce shortly afterward, citing irreconcilable differences, with their separation date set as July 4. He also petitioned the court for spousal support.

Richards was also granted a restraining order against Phypers, amid allegations of physical abuse. Court documents detail violent incidents, including claims that Phypers choked her, slapped her, and slammed her head into objects. Richards accused him of giving her a black eye in 2022, but a source close to Phypers attributed the injury to her alleged alcohol issues, claiming she fell while intoxicated.

Phypers has denied all abuse allegations, describing them as false and based on rumors. He dismisses claims of violence and insists he never engaged in such behavior.

The couple’s legal proceedings include a scheduled hearing for the restraining order on August 8. Their divorce process has been characterized by ongoing disputes, with insiders describing their marriage as increasingly toxic, culminating in the recent fight that pushed them apart. Richards and Phypers married in September 2018 and have no children together.
