In 2023, she gained attention for sharing her daily wellness routine involving fasting, bone broth lunches, and paleo dinners aimed at detoxification. During a podcast, she described starting her day with coffee, fasting until noon, then engaging in physical activity like walking or Pilates. She also mentioned a routine of sauna sessions and a vegetable-heavy dinner to support her health goals.

She emphasized that her honesty was not meant as advice for others.

Later, she moved away from her paleo regimen, citing obsession with health as a reason to return to more inclusive eating habits like sourdough bread, cheese, and pasta.
