Arsenal Nears Deal for Salford City Youth Prospect as Liverpool Drops Out of the Race

The ambitious Premier League club Arsenal is close to finalizing the transfer of young forward Will Wright from Salford City, after Liverpool withdrew their interest. Reports indicate that Arsenal made initial inquiries last week, signaling strong intent to sign the 17-year-old talent.

Wright has attracted attention from top-tier clubs including Liverpool and Manchester City, with Liverpool having previously offered approximately £100,000 plus £200,000 in add-ons. However, Liverpool has now stepped away, paving the way for Arsenal to push forward with their plans.
