The spouse of Christina Formella, who faces allegations of misconduct, accompanied her as she appeared in Illinois court Tuesday regarding accusations of consensual encounters with a teenage student 45 times.

Formella, aged 30, now faces multiple new criminal charges including sexual assault, criminal sexual abuse, solicitation of a minor, and grooming, reports the Chicago Tribune.

She entered the courthouse hand-in-hand with her husband, Michael, along with her legal team, as captured in footage obtained by The Post.

The couple remained silent during their entry into court.

The prosecutor accused Formella of grooming the teenage boy before engaging in sexual activities with him at least 45 times, including during school hours at Downers Grove South High School and at her residence, according to reports.

Initially charged with only three counts, Formella pleaded not guilty to the additional charges during her court appearance.
